The problem with thought viruses is they become self-fulfilling prophecies. They interfere with our ability to reach our goals, improve ourselves and heal. And most of the time these Limiting Beliefs are UNCONSCIOUS – meaning we aren’t even aware that we have beliefs that create impasses for us in our long term happiness.
