Mid-Year review with Well Formed Outcomes
It is almost half-way through 2015 and it’s time to check in with your goals. In NLP we have a very specific way of writing goals and it’s called a Well-Formed Outcome.
Most people make New Year’s Resolutions that fade around February or March. Most of the time, these resolutions are never properly formed and lack specificity that makes them stick. Worse, there is never a plan to put these goals into action over the long term.
NLP has a great way to look at goals that create a perfect picture for your RAS (more on that in the practice session) to follow. Even more, it looks at what has stopped you in the past, takes into account your environment and who else your goals effect as well as gets your mind started on the plan of implementation.
Join the NLP Association as we explore how to craft a well-formed and how to ensure you take the steps to make it a reality in your life.
