Why is learning NLP for Relationships important?
Because each and every one of us has at least 1 Relationship. Most of us have a lot more than one. And issues with our relationships are a leading cause of stress in our lives. If we can learn some techniques in NLP to eliminate some or most of that stress, wouldn’t you agree we would be much better off?
Neuro Linguistic Programming has so many tools and techniques, doesn’t it? Which ones are best for improving relationships with people at work or at home?
This February, in honour of the Valentines’ Month, we will be exploring how to improve our relating. As anyone who has ever taken an NLP Course before (or has come to the NLP monthly workshop) knows “relationship” is a nominalisation. This is just a fancy way of saying it’s an action trying to pretend it’s a thing. And as we know, we can put things into a basket. We can put a pen in a basket. We can but an elephant into a basket if it’s big enough. We can’t put a relationship into a basket because it’s not a thing. It’s an action. So we are going to work on the action of relating in this month’s workshop.
