- What happiness is and what it isn’t
- What are the 3 happiness robbers that steal happiness from us every day
- What are the 4 most important NLP techniques you can use to create support for ongoing and continuous happiness

As with all of our monthly sessions, no prior NLP experience is necessary. You’ll receive all of the necessary information you need to have an amazing experience learning these simple elements of NLP.
